吐蕃占领及归义军时期敦煌历史资料所载尼僧多为法律尼的原因初探

摘　　要：纵观吐蕃占领及归义军时期留存下来的敦煌文献,关于尼僧的记载并不算多,而这些留下印记的尼僧多有一个共同的身份——法律。文章对吐蕃占领及归义军时期敦煌历史资料中记载的法律尼作了初步梳理,对法律这一僧官的具体事职进行了分类探析,从而得出了这些尼僧多担任法律这一僧官的原因:大族背景的助力、法律一职的冗滥及女性自身的努力。Taking a sweeping look at the Dunhuang manuscripts during the period of Tubo Occupation to Gui-yi-jun Regime,there are few records about nuns,while these recorded nuns have a common identity:disciplinary nun.This article provides a preliminary summary of the disciplinary nun recorded in the historical materials of Dunhuang during the period of Tubo Occupation to Gui-yi-jun Regime.It categorizes and analyzes the specific duties of the disciplinary nun,and concludes that these nuns often in charge of monastic discipline due to the supports of their family backgrounds,the redundancy of this position,as well as the efforts of women themselves.
