摘　　要：在新文科建设导向下,构建多学科交叉融合的物流工程专业人才培养体系,以适应物流行业的发展对人才培养提出的新要求。从人才培养方案的制订、专业理论课程内容的拓展、实践教学体系的重塑、产学研平台的构建以及对师资能力的提升等方面深入探索协同育人创新模式的现实路径,切实提升人才培养质量,为社会输送高端物流人才。Under the guidance of the new liberal arts construction,a multi-discipline cross-integration talents training system of logistics engineering specialty is established to meet the new requirements of the development of logistics industry.This paper probes into the realistic path of the innovative mode of the cooperative education from the following aspects:the formulation of the talent training plan,the expansion of the professional theory curriculum content,the reconstruction of the practical teaching system,the construction of the platform of production,teaching and research,and the promotion of the teacher’s ability,improve the quality of personnel training,for the social delivery of high-end logistics personnel.
