摘　　要：马克思主义在人文关怀与经济发展之间建立起深刻的双向互动关系,不仅凸显了人文对经济的反作用,也坚定主张劳动者在社会历史进程中的主体地位,体现出浓厚的人文关怀意蕴。在数字经济蓬勃发展的时代背景下,伴随着传统产业数字化、智能化水平的飞速提升,劳动者主体地位受到前所未有的挑战,劳动者生活境遇受到漠视,劳动者价值缺失愈发严重,这些都表明,为劳动者建构人文关怀具有重要的时代价值和现实意义。为此,应在实践中大力推动公有制数字平台建设,优化分配结构为数字劳动者提供收入保障,着力提高公共管理者的数字治理水平。应在理论上积极推动人文经济学的理论研究工作,以促进人文与经济的和谐发展。Marxism establishes a profound two-way interactive relationship between humanistic care and economic development,not only highlighting the counteraction of humanities on economy,but also firmly advocating the subjective position of labourers in the process of social history,embodying a strong humanistic meaning.In the context of the booming development of the digital economy,along with the rapid increase in the level of digitisation and intelligence of traditional industries,the subjective status of workers has been challenged in an unprecedented way,and the living conditions of workers have been disregarded,and the lack of value of workers has become more and more serious,which shows that constructing humanistic care for workers is of great value and practical significance in this era.To this end,we should vigorously promote the construction of public digital platforms in practice,optimise the distribution structure to provide income security for digital workers,and strive to improve the level of digital governance by public administrators.In theory,the theoretical research work of humanistic economics should be actively promoted in order to facilitate the harmonious development of humanities and economy.
