摘 要:为提升吸油树脂的吸油能力,引入新型炭微球对丙烯酸酯类树脂进行复合改性。以甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(EHMA)、聚丙烯酸十八烷基酯(SMA)为功能单体,苯乙烯(ST)为刚性单体,同时在悬浮聚合过程中引入炭微球成功制备了复合型吸油树脂。对合成的复合吸油树脂进行结构测试和吸油性能表征。结果表明,复合吸油树脂中炭微球与树脂实现较好的复合,其吸油性能相较于不加炭微球得到明显提升。复合吸油树脂对柴油、煤油、汽油的饱和吸油率分别为18.214,17.421,5.124 g/g,较未复合吸油树脂分别提升了17.4%、25.1%、23.2%;对柴油、煤油、汽油的分离率分别为68.2%、95.6%、96.3%,并且具有良好的循环使用性,具有较好的应用前景。T his paper introduces a new type of carbon microsphere for composite m odification of acrylic resin to en hance its oil absorp⁃tion ability.Specifically,the com posite oil absorption resin was su ccessfully prepared by using isooc tyl methacrylate(EHMA)and octa⁃decyl polyacrylate(SMA)as functi onal monomer,styrene(ST)as rigid monomer,and introducing carbon mi crosphere in the suspen⁃sion polymerization process.Struc ture and oil absorption performanc e of the synthesized composite oil absorption resin were conducted.The results show that the composit e oil absorbing resin exhibits a go od combination of carbon microsphe re and resin,and the oil absorp⁃tion performance is significantly improved compared to the absence o f carbon microsphere.The saturate d oil absorption rates of compos⁃ite oil absorption resin for diese l,kerosene,and gasoline are 18.214,17.421,15.124 g/g,respectively,which are increased by 17.4%,25.1%,and 23.2%,respectively,com pared to the oil absorption resin w ithout carbon microsphere.The sep aration rates for diesel,kero⁃sene,and gasoline are 68.2%,95.6%,and 96.3%,respectively,which hav e good recyclability and good appl ication prospects.
