摘 要:采用浸渍法自制Fe系催化剂催化裂解制备碳纳米管,针对催化剂组分、用量、时间及温度等相关因素做了对比考察,并在最佳条件下所获碳纳米管采用同温一体纯化,对纯化前后的样品进行微观形貌表征以及热重分析。结果表明,Fe系催化剂质量分数为50%、WHSV(反应物与催化剂的量以质量为单位时的重时空速)达到6000~8000mL·h^(-1)g^(-1)以及裂解温度在730℃时为最佳的制备条件,且碳纳米管通过同温一体化提纯后发现杂碳被大量氧化,端口、结点处的催化剂颗粒被解除释放,WcNTs提高了16.4%,提纯效果显著。The carbon nanotubes were produced by catalytic cracking of Fe series catalysts,which were prepared by immersion method.The relevant factors such as catalyst components,dosage,time and temperature were compared and investigated.The obtained carbon nanotubes were purified at the same temperature under the best conditions,and the samples were characterized by micromorphology and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that the best preparation conditions are when the mass fraction of Fe catalyst is 50%,WHSV reaches 6000~8000mL·h^(-1)g^(-1),and the pyrolysis temperature is 730℃.After the isothermal purification of carbon nanotubes,it is found that a large amount of impurity carbon is oxidized,the catalyst particles at the ports and nodes are released,wcNTs is increased by 16.4%,and the effect of purification is significant.
