摘　　要：从京杭运河黄河以北山东段腹地经济社会和综合交通发展要求出发,全面分析了复航与运河文化传承保护利用的关系,论证了复航对沟通重大国家战略、促进更大范围区域经济协同发展的作用,研究了复航在优化交通运输结构、转变交通发展方式、完善综合交通运输体系中发挥的积极意义,为京杭运河黄河以北山东段复航相关工作的开展提供决策基础。Based on the development requirements of economic society and comprehensive transportation in the hinterland of Shandong section north of the Yellow River along the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relationship between the resumption of navigation and the inheritance,protection and utilization of canal culture,and demonstrates the role of the resumption of navigation in communicating major national strategies and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy in a larger scope.This paper studies the positive significance of the resumption of traffic in optimizing the traffic structure,changing the mode of transportation development and improving the comprehensive transportation system,which provides the decision-making basis for the resumption of traffic in Shandong section north of the Yellow River and Beijing-Hangzhou Canal
