摘　　要：高速公路勘察设计质量的好坏关系到整个工程从建设期到运营期的经济效益及寿命。探讨业主在高速公路勘察设计阶段的角色及作用,分析当前业主在高速公路勘察设计管理中存在的问题和不足,提出相应的对策措施。The quality of highway survey and design is related to the economic benefits and lifespan of the entire project from construction to operation.Explore the role and role of property owners in the survey and design phase of highways,analyze the problems and shortcomings of current property owners in highway survey and design management,and propose corresponding countermeasures and measures.
