摘 要:近年来,随着战场形态的演变,影响指挥效率因素显著增加,为进一步提高作战过程指挥效率和决策质量,对作战指挥效能的评估显得尤为重要。论文通过分析信息化条件下作战指挥作战效能的主要内容,得出了制约作战效能的主要因素,结合最新战场形态设计了作战指挥效能指标体系,构建了评估作战指挥效能模型,并通过实例进行评估计算,验证了该评估模型的合理性和有效性。In recent years,with the evolution of battlefield morphology,the factors affecting command efficiency have signifi⁃cantly increased.In order to further improve the command efficiency and decision-making quality of the combat process,it is partic⁃ularly important to evaluate the effectiveness of combat command.This article analyzes the main content of operational effectiveness of combat command under information technology conditions,obtains the main factors that restrict operational effectiveness,de⁃signs an operational command effectiveness index system based on the recent battlefield morphology,constructs a model for evaluat⁃ing operational command effectiveness,and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation model through evaluation and calculation of examples.
