摘 要:分子标记技术的发展与育种工作的结合,改变了植物育种研究的模式。多种类型的分子标记被开发和应用,与测序技术的进步共同加快了作物改良的进程。阐述了分子标记在种质资源评价、回交转育筛选、性状聚合、育种材料早代选择、QTL定位等方面发挥的重要作用,这些技术的应用将更好地助力作物新品种培育;分析了分子标记辅助选择应用存在的问题;展望了分子标记辅助选择在育种中的应用前景。The development of molecular marker technology combined with breeding work has changed the model of plant breeding research.Many types of molecular markers have been developed and applied,and together with advances in sequencing technology,the process of crop improvement has been accelerated.Molecular markers play an important role in germplasm resource evaluation,backcross transfer-breeding screening,trait aggregation,early selection of breeding materials,QTL mapping,etc..The application of these technologies will better facilitate the cultivation of new crop varieties.The existing problems in the application of molecular marker-assisted selection are analyzed.The application prospect of molecular marker-assisted selection in breeding is prospected.
