摘 要:本文对国内外法规的乘用车内饰件吸能性试验进行了分析研究,依据乘用车内饰件吸能性试验要求:包括用于座椅头枕吸能性试验标准GB15083-2019、GB11550-2009、UN R25、UN R17的规定和用于乘用车内部凸出物的吸能性试验GB11552-2009、UN R21的法规。通过研究分析,乘用车内饰件吸能性试验几乎均采用摆锤设计,为降低单位资产投资的成本,提高设备的使用率,本文以摆锤结构方案研究完成了乘用车内饰件吸能性试验及其试验装置的分析。从而为检测中心、制造厂等在建立满足国内外法规的吸能性试验的能力建设中提供参考和指导意义。This article analyzes and studies the energy absorption test of passenger car interior components in domestic and foreign regulations.According to the requirements of energy absorption test for passenger car interior components,including the provisions of GB15083-2019,GB11550-2009,UN R25,UN R17 energy absorption test standards for seat headrests,and GB11552-2009,UN R21 energy absorption test standards for protruding objects inside passenger cars.Through research and analysis,it has been found that almost all energy absorption tests for passenger car interior components use pendulum design.In order to reduce the cost of unit asset investment and improve equipment utilization,this paper completed the energy absorption test and its experimental device analysis for passenger car interior components using a pendulum structure scheme.This provides reference and guidance for the construction of energy absorption testing capabilities that meet domestic and foreign regulations for testing centers,manufacturing plants,and others.
