摘 要:以水性环氧乳液和水性环氧固化剂为成膜物质,导电云母粉为导电填料,并配合防腐蚀颜填料以及助剂,制备了一款具有优异导静电性能以及防腐蚀性能的水性环氧导静电耐油防腐涂料。重点讨论了水性环氧固化剂和水性环氧乳液配比对涂膜性能的影响、导电填料的用量对涂料导电性能的影响,通过正交试验确定了水性环氧导静电耐油防腐涂料配方中防锈颜填料与树脂的配比,分析了不同干燥时间、不同涂层厚度对表面电阻率变化的影响。结果表明,当水性环氧固化剂与水性环氧乳液配比为环氧/胺氢当量比为1.2,导电云母粉质量分数在18%左右,涂层的导静电性能以及防腐蚀性能达到最优,可用于石化行业贮油罐、输油管道、运输油罐等贮油、输油设备的内防腐及导静电保护。Using waterborne epoxy emulsion and waterborne epoxy curing agent as film-forming materials,conductive mica powder as conductive filler,anticorrosive pigments,fillers and additives,waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive oil-resistant anticorrosive coatings with excellent electrostatic conductivity and anti-corrosion performance were prepared.The influence of the ratio of waterborne epoxy curing agent and waterborne epoxy emulsion on the film performance,and the influence of the type and amount of conductive fillers on the conductivity of the coatings were discussed.The ratio of anti-rust pigment and filler and resin in the formula of waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive oil-resistant anticorrosive coatings was determined by orthogonal test,and the influence of different coatings thickness on the change of surface resistivity was analyzed.The results showed that when the ratio of waterborne epoxy curing agent and waterborne epoxy emulsion was epoxy/amine hydrogen equivalent ratio of 1.2,and the content of conductive mica powder was about 18%,the anti-static and anti-corrosion properties of the coatings were optimized,making them suitable for the internal anti-corrosion and electrostatic protection of oil storage tanks,oil pipelines,and transportation oil tanks in the petrochemical industry.
