摘 要:随着矿山行业数字化转型与智能化升级的持续加速,智能分析系统在矿山行业的应用得到更为广泛的关注,Ampla平台是一款基于生产模型的智能管理平台,本文介绍了基于Ampla平台开发的智能分析系统在海外某铜矿的应用情况,描述了采选过程中相关生产系统及辅助生产系统的各项指标包括矿石产量、能耗、绩效和设备停机分析等信息化生产管理分析过程以及取得的应用效果。With the continuous acceleration of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in the mining industry,the application of intelligent analysis systems in the mining industry has received more widespread attention.The Ampla platform is an intelligent management platform based on production models.This article introduces the application of an intelligent production analysis system developed based on the Ampla platform in a copper mine overseas,describing various indicators of related production systems and auxiliary production systems during the mining and processing,including information-based production management analysis processes such as ore production,energy consumption,performance,and equipment downtime analysis,as well as the application effects achieved.
