摘  要:针对离心法无法准确检测海水基免混配聚合物压裂液的残渣含量,提出了一种抽滤法。通过与离心法中胍胶体系压裂液破胶后残渣的粒度分离范围进行对标,选择孔径适宜的过滤纸。同时研究了不同滤样量、蒸馏水清洗量以及石油醚清洗量对检测数据的影响,以确定最佳的操作条件。结果表明,利用孔径为38~45μm的过滤纸、100 mL的滤样量、75 mL的蒸馏水量及100 mL的石油醚量,可得到平行性好、准确性高的检测数据,所测得的残渣质量浓度为188 mg/L,残渣得率为98.2%。此外,该方法对于1510、7130聚合物压裂液残渣含量的检测,依然具有良好的适用性。In response to the inability of centrifugation to accurately detect the residue content of seawater-based on-line mixing polymer fracturing fluid,a vacuum filtration method was proposed.According to the separation range of broken particle size of guanidine gum system fracturing fluid in centrifugation,the filter paper with appropriate pore size was determined.Meanwhile,the effects of filter sample volumes,distilled water cleaning and petroleum ether cleaning on the assay data were also investigated to determine the optimal operating conditions.The results indicated that the detection data with good parallelism and high accuracy could be obtained by using a filter paper with the pore size of 38-45μm,100 mL of filter sample,75 mL of distilled water,and 100 mL of petroleum ether.The residue content was measured as 188 mg/L,and the residue yield was 98.2%.In addition,this method was still applicable to the test of residue content in polymer fracturing fluid 1510 and 7130.
