摘　　要：“梅霖倾泻九河翻,百渎交流海面宽。”从芒种到夏至,气温显著升高,雨量日益充沛,自然界阳气旺盛。这一时节,选用食药物质的标准是调和心气、保护心脏,防止湿热阻滞人体气机、心火过盛。"Rivers food during the rainy season and the sea gets much wider."From the solar term of Grain Rain to Summer Solstice,the temperature rises,rainfall increases,and natural Yang-Qi thrives.Therefore,the criteria for choosing medicinal food highlight is harmonizing and protecting the heart,preventing dampness and heat from blocking and stopping the Heart-Fire from overflowing.
