摘　　要：将数据技术为核心的现代教育科技引入思想政治教育过程,有助于实现思想政治教育的精准育人。在精准思政的推行过程中,技术的引用和泛滥也使教育过程面临一些失衡现象,出现教育者层面内容育人与技术育人的观念冲突、受教育者层面过度追求科技忽视真实需求、教育过程层面授课时出现“无人”“无情”现象、教育评价层面忽视了人的发展性等问题。在坚持数据促教、技术促学、内容为先、精准育人的思想政治育人格局下,需要坚持以情化人,加强培育教育者科技素养;正确引导受教育者的价值判断和价值选择;教学过程反思技术局限,加强教学监督;以发展性为评价导向,完善评价队伍和评价技术,有效预防精准思政过程中技术崇拜现象的产生与泛滥,提高思想政治教育的针对性、科学性、实效性,更好地实现立德树人的根本教育任务。The introduction of data technology-centered modern educational technology into the process of ideological and political education has helped to realize the precision of ideological and political education.In the process of promoting precise ideological and political education,the introduction and proliferation of technology has also caused some imbalances in the education process,resulting in the conflict between the concepts of“content-based cultivation”and“technology-based cultivation”at the level of educators,the excessive pursuit of technology at the level of the educated while neglecting the needs of real education,the phenomenon of teaching without putting the students first or without emotions at the level of the education process,and the negligence of human development in the evaluation of education.Under the ideological and political education framework adhering to data-promoted teaching,technology-promoted learning,content-first teaching,and precise talent cultivation,we shall persist in educating people with emotions,strengthening the scientific and technological literacy of the educators;in correctly guiding educated people's value judgments and value choices;in reflecting on the technological limitations of the teaching process;and strengthening the teaching supervision;and in taking developmental as the orientation of evaluation and perfecting the evaluation team and the evaluation technology.By doing so,we will be able to effectively prevent the emergence and excessive worship of technology in the process of precise ideology and politics education,thus improving the ideological and political education quality precisely,scientifically and efficiently to realize the fundamental educational task of establishing moral integrity in cultivating talents.
