超长混凝土地下室墙体温度应力计算与分析

摘  要:超长混凝土墙体由水泥水化放热和季节温差产生的温度应力、混凝土收缩产生的收缩应力是导致墙体开裂的重要因素。结合具体工程,利用有限元软件Abaqus对墙体的温度和收缩应力进行了计算分析,得到了不施加预应力、施加预应力及施加预应力的同时设置诱导缝这3种情况下的墙体正应力和剪应力分布规律。分析结果表明,通过合理设置后浇带和预应力筋可较好地解决早期和长期的温度应力和收缩应力,若同时在墙中设置诱导缝则可以更好地解决墙体的抗裂问题。The temperature stress arising from cement hydration heat and seasonal temperature variations,along with the shrinkage stress from concrete contraction,are critical factors contributing to the cracking of super-long concrete walls.This study,based on a specific project,employs the finite element software ABAQUS to compute and analyze the temperature and shrinkage stresses in the walls.The distribution patterns of normal and shear stresses are investigated under three scenarios:without prestressing,with prestressing,and with prestressing combined with the introduction of induced seams.The analysis reveals that the judicious use of post-tensioning bands and prestressed reinforcement can effectively mitigate both early and long-term temperature and shrinkage stresses.Moreover,the incorporation of induced seams within the wall structure further enhances its crack resistance.
