摘  要:以合肥市第八中学运河新城校区工程为实例,为解决全国首例南大门悬挑式CLT大跨度空间折板屋盖安装的难题,通过对其上部结构进行数值模拟分析以及施工方案的探究与总结,研发了一套用于钢木结构悬挑式空间折板安装的体系,即采用吊装方法以及设置固定模具对CLT单板从两头向中间进行吊装安装,当CLT双向折板固定后,采用V型连接件对其进行焊接连接,利用钢制连接件将CLT板结构完美连接在一起,在解决安装难题的同时,保证了结构的稳定性,为后续工程提供参考。Taking the project of Yunhe New Town Campus of Hefei No.8 Middle School as an example,in order to solve the installation problem of the first large-span space folded plate roof of cantilevered CLT at the south gate in China,the numerical simulation analysis of its superstructure and the exploration and summary of its construction scheme are carried out.This work develops one set of system for using steel and wood structures in installing an cantilevered space folded plate,which adopts a hoisting method and is provided with a fixed die pair to host and install the CLT veneer from both ends to the middle.When the CLT bidirectional folded plates are fixed,the V-shaped connectors are used to weld them.The steel connectors are used to connect the CLT plate structure perfectly,which solves the installation problems and ensures the stability of the structure,and provides a reference for subsequent projects.
