装饰一体化装配式隔墙在高高原地区的应用

摘　　要：装饰一体化装配式隔墙因工效较高、质量可控、不受气候制约、节能环保,在全国大部分地区有所应用。以西藏日喀则定日机场项目为案例,通过研发新型轻钢龙骨装饰一体化装配式隔墙,利用装配式施工、干挂装饰面的工艺,解决了极端严寒地区无法湿作业的难题,同时降低了人工消耗,优化了装饰一体化隔墙的隔声、保温、耐火等性能,实现了装饰一体化装配式隔墙在高高原地区的首次应用,取得较好的效果,可为今后类似项目提供参考。The decorative integrated prefabricated partition wall has been applied in most parts of the country because of its high efficiency,controllable quality,no climate constraints,energy saving and environmental protection.Taking the project of Dingri Airport in Xigaze,Tibet as an example,through the research and development of a new type of light steel keel decorative integrated prefabricated partition wall,the technology of prefabricated construction and dry-hanging decoration surface is used to solve the problem that wet operation cannot be carried out in extremely cold areas,while reducing labor consumption and optimizing the sound insulation and heat preservation of the decorativ integrated partition wall.The first application of the decorative integrated prefabricated partition wall in the high-altitude plateau area is realized,and good results are achieved,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
