摘　　要：超大体积管片目前在垂直盾构工程中应用较少,以上海市某垂直掘进地下智慧车库项目为案例,根据其独特的结构和预制生产形式存在的难点,从钢筋笼绑扎制作工艺、预埋件的固定安装技术、管片养护技术、管片吊运技术等方面进行了全过程分析,总结得出预制过程中的关键工艺,为今后垂直掘进超大体积管片预制工程的再改进、再优化提供技术参考。Super-large volume segments are rarely used in vertical shield constrution projects at present.Taking a vertical underground smart garage project in Shanghai as an example,according to its unique structure and difficulties in the form of prefabricated production,the whole process is analyzed from the aspects of steel cage binding and manufacturing technology,fixed installation technology of embedded parts,segment maintenance technology and segment lifting technology.The key techniques during the prefabrication process is summarized,providing a technical reference for future improvements and optimizations in the prefabrication of super-large volume segments for vertical excavation projects.
