摘  要:随着我国钢结构建筑对造型与空间需求的提升,给大跨度异形悬挑式钢结构的施工技术带来挑战。以上海某歌剧院项目的大跨度台塔式钢桁结构为例,通过介绍其四面内倾、双面悬挑的钢结构施工技术,分析了大跨度台塔式钢结构在施工时的整体施工部署、临时胎架设置、变形控制、卸载工艺控制等技术要点,最终成功实现了大跨度台塔式钢桁架的高精度安装。该台塔式桁架施工关键技术解决了高大跨度、超长悬挑的施工难题,大大提高了施工的效率、节约了工程成本,具有一定的参考价值。As the demand for architectural form and spatial requirements in China's steel-structured buildings continues to rise,the construction technology for large-span,uniquely shaped cantilevered steel structures faces significant challenges.This study examines the tower-style large-span steel truss structure of an opera house project in Shanghai,detailing the construction techniques for its four-sided inward-leaning and double-sided cantilevered steel components.It delves into the technical aspects of overall construction planning,temporary support frame configuration,deformation management,and unloading process control,culminating in the successful high-precision installation of the large-span tower steel truss.The pivotal construction techniques for the tower truss address the complexities of extensive spans and exceptionally long cantilevers,substantially enhancing construction efficiency and reducing project costs,thereby offering valuable insights for future applications.
