总价计价方式下工程总承包项目质量控制要点及对策研究

摘　　要：计价方式是影响总包项目质量控制的重要因素。如何针对总价计价方式和总承包项目管理实践,明确质量控制方式、要点和主要工作是业主需要关注的问题。在分析总包项目质量控制问题的基础上,对计价方式进行细分,并提出不同计价方式下的质量控制方式。针对总价计价方式,提出严格控制方式下的总包项目质量控制要点以及业主的重点内容,最后,提出对策建议。研究结果表明,我国总包项目造价效果的提升是以加大质量控制工作难度与工作量为代价的,业主需要加大质量控制力度。研究成果为业主确定质量控制要点和重点内容,以有效地控制总包项目质量提供参考。The pricing method plays a pivotal role in the quality control of engineering,procurement,and construction(EPC)projects.It is imperative for project owners to delineate the quality control methodologies,critical aspects,and primary tasks in the context of lump-sum pricing and EPC project management practices.This study delves into the quality control challenges inherent in EPC projects,dissecting various pricing methods and proposing tailored quality control strategies for each.Focusing on lump-sum pricing,the research identifies the pivotal quality control points for EPC projects under stringent control measures and highlights the owner's focal responsibilities.Concluding with a set of strategic recommendations,the study underscores that the enhancement of cost efficiency in China's EPC projects comes with the trade-off of escalated quality control complexities and workloads,necessitating a robust commitment to quality assurance from project owners.The findings of this research offer valuable guidance for owners in pinpointing the critical quality control elements and strategic priorities to effectively manage the quality of EPC projects.
