数字经济时代中国农产品流通体系构建研究

摘　　要：农产品现代流通体系的建设是一项重要的战略任务,具有重要的现实意义,数字经济时代,农产品流通发展的内外部环境发生了巨变,传统农产品流通体系亟待变革与重构。倡导将农产品流通从农产品产业链中间环节转向农产品价值链主导环节,以多重战略目标为指引,统筹运用宏观调控政策工具与市场经济运行机制,以先进的技术、理论、模式和管理方式为工具,以体制机制创新为手段,以农产品流通供应链整合和数字化转型为突破口,从农产品流通产业体系、流通支撑体系、流通政策体系三大模块入手,构建了数字经济时代中国农产品现代流通体系,并对农产品流通体系的框架结构、主要内容及运行机制等进行了系统设计与深入阐述。The construction of a modern circulation system for agricultural products is an important strategic task with significant practical significance.In the era of digital economy, the internal and external environment for the development of agricultural product circulation has undergone significant changes, and the traditional agricultural product circulation system urgently needs to be reformed and reconstructed.Advocate to shift the circulation of agricultural products from the intermediate link of the agricultural product industry chain to the leading link of the agricultural product value chain, guide by multiple strategic goals, coordinate the use of macroeconomic control policy tools and market economy operation mechanisms, use advanced technology, theory, models, and management methods as tools, use institutional mechanism innovation as means, and use the integration and digital transformation of the agricultural product circulation supply chain as a breakthrough point, from the agricultural product circulation industry system.Starting from the three major modules of circulation support system and circulation policy system, we have constructed a modern circulation system for China′s agricultural products in the digital economy era, and systematically designed and elaborated on the framework structure, main content, and operating mechanism of the agricultural product circulation system.
