摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记准确把握我国经济社会高质量发展新需要,围绕人口、人心、人才工作提出一系列重要论述,标志着我们党对经济社会发展的规律性认识达到了新的高度。以王君正书记为班长的自治区党委深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于人口、人心、人才工作的重要论述,结合西藏经济社会发展的形势任务和阶段性特征,对着力解决好西藏人口、人心、人才问题作出重要部署,这是深入贯彻落实新时代党的治藏方略、锚定“四件大事”、着力推进“四个创建”、努力做到“四个走在前列”的关键举措。持续做好人口、人心、人才工作,对于确保新时代西藏长治久安和高质量发展具有重要现实意义。Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,GeneralSecretary Xi Jinping has accurately grasped the new needs of high-quality development of China's economy and society,and put forward a series rectificaof important discussions around population,people's wills,and human resources work,marking that our Party's understanding of the regularity of economic and social development has reached a new height.The Party Committee of the Xizang Autonomous Region,with Secretary Wang Junzheng as its monitor,thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on population,people's wills,and human resources work,and made important plans to solve the problems of population,people's wills and human resources in Xizang in light of the situation,tasks,and stages of Xizang's economic and social development.This is a key measure to thoroughly implement the Party's strategy for the governance of Xizang in the new era,anchor the"four major events,"strive to promote the"four establishments"and strive to achieve the"four at the forefront."Continuing to do a good job in population,people's wills and human resources is of great practical significance for ensuring Xizang's longterm stability and high-quality development in the new era.
