摘　　要：提高少数民族幸福感是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要抓手,也是巩固中华民族多元一体格局、提升少数民族认同感的重要举措。本研究结合中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,构建有序logit回归模型,对少数民族居民幸福感的影响因素、作用机制进行探讨。研究发现少数民族居民幸福感受人口学特征、经济社会生活状况与个人社会资本的显著影响。根据回归结果,增进少数民族居民主观幸福感应着眼于营造民族团结、互助、和谐的社会氛围,构建民族互嵌式社区与培育多元社会组织,完善民族地区社会参与渠道和提升参与层次及能力。Enhancing the happiness of ethnic minorities is a crucial means of strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community and an important measure to consolidate the diverse unity of the Chinese nation and enhance the sense of identity among ethnic minorities.This study,using data from the China General Social Survey(CGSS),constructs an ordered logit regression model to explore the factors influencing the happiness of ethnic minority residents and the mechanisms at play.The research finds that the happiness of ethnic minority residents is significantly influenced by demographic characteristics,socioeconomic status,and personal social capital.According to the results of the logit regression model,efforts to improve the subjective happiness of ethnic minority residents should focus on creating a social atmosphere of ethnic unity,mutual assistance,and harmony,building ethnically integrated communities,cultivatinggdiversesocial organizations,improving channels for social participation in ethnic areas,and enhancing the levels and capabilities of participation.
