摘　　要：林芝市巴宜区是落实西藏自治区党委“四个创建”“四个走在前列”战略部署的核心地之一,为完整、准确、全面地贯彻新发展理念,加快构建新发展格局。本文围绕将巴宜区打造为林芝市核心增长极的目标定位,深入分析巴宜区的优势短板,立足林芝市战略部署,结合巴宜区实际,提出“六个一体化”发展建议,为将巴宜区建设成为拉动林芝市经济发展的引擎,着力推进林芝市高质量发展提供参考。Bayi District of Nyingchi City is one of the core areas for implementing the strategic deployment of"four establishments"and"four at the forefront"proposed by the Party Committee of Xizang Autonomous Region.In order to fully,accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,this paper focuses on the goal of building Bayi District into the core growth pole of Nyingchi City.Itdeeply analyses theadvantages and disadvantages of Bayi District based on the strategic deployment of Nyingchi City,and proposes the development suggestions of"six integrations"in combination with the reality of Bayi District.These suggestions aim to provide a reference for building Bayi District into an engine that drives the economic development of Nyingchi City and promoting high-quality development in Nyingchi City.
