波浪中桨前节能装置的节能效果分析研究

摘  要:该文针对23万吨矿砂船设计了一种桨前节能装置,分别开展了静水和迎浪规则波(波长等于船长)下的阻力、自航数值计算,分析了波浪对桨前节能装置的节能效果影响。而后开展了相应的静水和波浪中的模型试验,进一步增加了不同波长和不同波高的迎浪规则波,分析了船舶在规则波中相对静水中的螺旋桨转速、推力和扭矩增量,并将数值计算结果与模型试验数据进行了比较。研究结果表明,桨前节能装置在波浪中的节能效果会比在静水中有所降低。此外,数值计算结果与模型试验数据吻合良好,验证了数值计算方法用于波浪中节能装置节能效果评估的可行性。In this paper,a pre-propeller energy saving device is designed for a 230,000 tons VLOC.The numerical calculation of resistance and self-propulsion under the still water and the regular heading wave(the wavelength equals to the length of the ship)is carried out respectively.The influence of waves on the energy-saving effect of the pre-propeller energy saving device is analyzed.The corresponding model tests in still water and regular waves are carried out,and the numerical results are compared with the model test data.The results show that the energy saving effect of the pre-propeller energy saving device in waves is less than that in stil water.In addition,the numerical calculation results are in good agreement with the model test data,which verifies the feasibility of the numerical calculation method for the evaluation of the energy saving effect of energy-saving devices in waves.
