脱硫废水进空冷塔内浓缩减量工艺技术的蒸发机理研究

摘  要:脱硫废水进间接空冷塔内蒸发减量是一种新型的脱硫废水浓缩减量工艺技术,目前鲜有对其蒸发机理的研究报道。该文通过室内试验,研究了蒸发塔的蒸发特性和脱硫废水在填料内的蒸发规律,分析了影响蒸发特性的因素,并对已采用该技术的某电厂进行了实塔测试,验证了室内试验的结论。研究结果表明,蒸发塔的蒸发速率受断面风速、淋水密度和填料高度等参数影响,且与此三者均成正相关关系,其中断面风速对蒸发速率的影响最为显著。在蒸发塔运行过程中,蒸发池内脱硫废水温度变化幅度小于0.5℃且与蒸发塔出口空气湿球温度较为接近,蒸发塔出口空气接近饱和。蒸气压差与进出口空气质量分数差成正线性关系,模型试验结果与实塔测试结果吻合良好。当通风量为817.56 m^(3)/s时,一座淋水面积约400 m^(2)的机械通风冷却塔的蒸发效率可达16.2~18.4 t/h,基本满足百万机组火电厂脱硫废水浓缩减量的工程需求。It's a new technology for the concentration and reduction of desulfurization wastewater by the indirect air cooling tower,and relevant research on its evaporation mechanism has been rarely published.In this paper,indoor experiments are conducted to explore the evaporation characteristics of the evaporation tower and the evaporation law of desulfurization wastewater in the filler and analyze the factors affecting the evaporation characteristics,and a power plant adopting this technology is tested to verify the conclusion of the indoor experiments.The results show that the evaporation rate of the evaporation tower is positively correlated with the cross-sectional wind speed,water spray density,packing height and other parameters,and the influence of the interrupted wind speed on the evaporation rate is the most significant.During the operation of the evaporation tower,the temperature of desulfurization wastewater in the evaporation tank fluctuates by less than 0.5°C,and it is close to the wet bulb temperature of the outlet air of the evaporation tower where the air is closely saturated.The difference in vapor pressure has a positive linear relationship with that of mass fraction of the air in inlet and outlet,and the results of the model test conform to those of the actual one basically.On the condition of a ventilation rate of 817.56 m^(3)/s,the evaporation efficiency of a mechanical ventilation cooling tower with a drenching area of about 400 m^(2) can reach 16.2-18.4 t/h,which basically meets the engineering needs of desulfurization wastewater concentration and reduction in millions of thermal power plants.
