摘 要:本文基于注意力分配视角,以长沙博物馆“法门梦影剧本游”为案例。讨论剧本游戏引入后对博物馆内部注意力的影响。研究发现,博物馆工作者的注意力焦点的形成,虽是个性化的“认知—检验”过程,但也受到制度的强约束,进而影响教育活动策划的理念。博物馆的组织结构、岗位职责和激励机制设计是制度性约束的具象,作用于剧本游戏开展的过程中。在经济激励难以实现的情况下,教育活动的创新会以吸引大众媒体注意力为目标,不过这种社会激励的引导效应也“因职而异”。考虑到当前青年群体的文化实践特征,博物馆在管理制度与激励机制的设计上,应关注跨界合作中行动主体的特征进行优化。Based on the perspective of attention allocation,this paper discusses the impact of the introduction of scripted role-playing games on the attention within museums,taking the Changsha Museum's"The Dream of Famen'script tour as an example.It has been found that the formation of museum staff's attention focus is a personalized"cognitive-testing"process,but it is also subject to strong institutional constraints,which in turn affects the planning philosophy of educational activities.The design of the museum's organizational structure,job responsibilities,and incentives are the embodiment of institutional constraints that applies during the process of game development.As economic incentives are difficult to achieve,innovations in educational activities may aim to attract the attention of the mass media,although the guidance effect of such social incentives varies according to different job responsibilities.Considering the characteristics of current cultural practice among youth groups,museums should focus on the distinctiveness of behavioral actors in the pursuit of further optimizing interdisciplinary collaboration in the design of management systems and incentive mechanisms.
