摘　　要：托马斯·品钦创作后期的重要作品《性本恶》展现了20世纪60年代美国的历史图景。品钦指涉了被遮蔽的阴谋史实,揭示了具有类似性质的历史事件在美国历史中呈现的循环特征,由此质疑官方历史叙述的“进步”观念,同时也隐约表达了对现实的忧虑。虽然品钦揭露了部分史实,却有意融入虚构成分,生产出令人迷惑的历史话语,消解了历史书写所谓的真实与客观性。此外,品钦的历史观又体现出明显的阴谋论倾向,将阴谋表述为历史发展的动因,这实质上是以边缘视角想象与探寻历史秩序,以此作为抗争的认知武器。品钦《性本恶》历史书写呈现的诸多侧面均可被视为对官方历史叙事的颠覆,提供了历史的另一种可能。Inherent Vice is an important late work by Thomas Pynchon,which presents a historical picture of American society in the 1960s.Pynchon refers to the obscured facts of conspiracies and reveals the cyclical nature of events in American history,thereby questioning the progressiveness"of the official historical narrative while also implying a concern for reality.Although Pynchon exposes some historical facts,he intentionally incorporates fictional elements to produce a confusing historical discourse that dissolves the so-called truthfulness and objectivity of historical writing.In addition,Pynchon's view of history also embodies a clear tendency towards conspiracy theory,taking conspiracy as the driving force of historical development,which is essentially to imagine and explore the historical order from a peripheral perspective,and to use it as a cognitive weapon of resistance.The many aspects of Pynchon's historical writing in Inherent Vice can be seen as a subversion of the official historical narrative,providing an alternative history.
