摘  要:本文开发了一种改进的共沉淀法,用于制备纳米级铝碳酸镁材料。用温和的水热条件替换了传统的共沉淀法的陈化结晶过程,并采用XRD、FTIR、SEM、UV-Vis等测试方法,探究了水热时间和水热温度对铝碳酸镁的物相结构和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,采用本法,在110℃的温和水热条件下,只需2h即可制得纯相纳米级铝碳酸镁,同一温度下水热6h,则可制得粒径约为100nm的椭圆型纳米片铝碳酸镁。An improved coprecipitation method to prepare nanoscale aluminum magnesium carbonate materials was studied.Mild hydrothermal conditions were used to replace the aging crystallization process of the traditional co-precipitation method,XRD,FTIR,SEM and UV-Vis was employed to explore the effects of different hydrothermal times and hydrothermal temperatures on the micromorphology and phase structure of aluminum magnesium carbonate produced by this method.The results showed that this method could produce pure-phase nanoscale aluminum magnesium carbonate in 2h under mild hydrothermal conditions at 110℃.Under the same hydrothermal temperature,elliptical nanosheet aluminum magnesium carbonate with a size of about 100nm could be synthesized in 6h.
