摘 要:为了提高环氧树脂防腐蚀涂料的性价比,用沉淀硫酸钡取代部分二氧化钛,制备了防腐蚀涂料。对比研究了二氧化钛与沉淀硫酸钡的重量比分别为62∶0、47∶15、31∶31、15∶47和0∶62时,防腐蚀涂料的部分物理性能、电化学性能和防腐蚀性能。结果表明,涂层遮盖力随着沉淀硫酸钡用量的增加而减小,附着力及硬度与沉淀硫酸钡用量的关系不大,沉淀硫酸钡的用量较少时涂层的柔韧性有所提高,两者等量时柔韧性最好。引入沉淀硫酸钡会降低涂层的防腐蚀性能,但沉淀硫酸钡的用量不超过二氧化钛时,防腐蚀性能的降低幅度较小。In order to improve the cost-effectiveness of epoxy resin anti-corrosion coatings,precipitated barium sulfate was used to replace a part of titanium dioxide.A comparative study was conducted on the physical,electrochemical and anti-corrosion properties of the coatings at a weight ratio of 62:0,47:15,31:31,15:47,0:62 of titanium dioxide and precipitated barium sulfate.The results showed that the covering power of the coating decreased with the increase of the amount of precipitated barium sulfate,while the adhesion and hardness were not significantly related to the amount of precipitated barium sulfate.When the amount of precipitated barium sulfate was small,the flexibility of the coating improved,especially when the two were equal,the flexibility was the best.The introduction of precipitated barium sulfate reduced the corrosion resistance of the coatings,but as long as the amount of precipitated barium sulfate did not exceed titanium dioxide,the decrease in corrosion resistance was relatively small.
