环氧乳化剂的合成及原料对其乳化性能的影响研究

摘　　要：本文以环氧树脂E-20和E-51,以及聚乙二醇PEG2000、PEG6000、PEG10000为反应主体,三氟化硼乙醚为催化剂,采用相反转法合成了一系列环氧树脂乳化剂。使用该系列环氧树脂乳化剂对环氧树脂进行乳化,并对相应的乳液进行了分析与测试,考察了亲水端及亲油端的链长对环氧乳化剂合成配方的影响规律。Applied epoxy resin E-20,E-51 and PEG2000,PEG6000 and PEG10000 as the main reaction body,boron trifluoride ether as catalyst,a series of epoxy resin emulsifiers were synthesized by the reverse transformation method,and the epoxy resin was emulsified with the series of epoxy resin emulsifiers,the corresponding emulsions were analyzed and tested.The effect of the chain length of hydrophilic end and oil-philic end on the formulation of epoxy emulsifier was obtained by comparison.
