摘 要:松香中的枞酸型树脂酸在受热或酸的作用下会发生异构化反应,转化成左旋海松酸,左旋海松酸与丙烯酸发生Diels-Alder(D-A)反应,可得到松香基二元酸-丙烯海松酸。丙烯海松酸改进了松香的共轭双键存在的不稳定因素,同时增加了1个羧基官能团,拓展了松香的反应及应用范围。本文综述了丙烯海松酸的合成方法,重点介绍了丙烯海松酸在涂料、除草剂、表面活性剂、树脂等领域的应用,并对丙烯海松酸未来的发展方向进行了展望。The abietic acid resin acids in rosin underwent isomerization to levulinic acid in the presence of heat or acid.The Diels-Alder(D-A)reaction of levulinic acid with acrylic acid yielded the rosin-based dibasic acid-acrylpimaric acid.Acrylpimaric acid improved the instability present in the conjugated double bond of rosin while added a carboxyl functional group,expandied the reaction and application of rosin.In this paper,the synthesis methods of acrylpimaric acid were reviewed.The applications of acrylpimaric acid in the fields of coatings,adhesives,herbicides,surfactants and resins,etc.,was focused on,an outlook on the future development direction of acrylpimaric acid was given.
