摘 要:碳酸钙晶须(CW)是一种绿色无机纤维,性能优良且价格经济,作为填料具有广阔的应用前景。因其与水泥基材料具有良好的相容性而被认定为高性能的增强增韧剂,未来有望替代或部分替代建筑材料中使用的昂贵的商业纤维,降低工程建设成本。本文综述了碳酸钙晶须在造纸、摩擦材料、高分子材料、建筑材料中的应用研究进展,重点介绍了碳酸钙晶须对建筑材料水泥、砂浆、混凝土的力学性能的影响以及增强增韧机理,并对后续的研究方向和应用前景进行了展望。Calcium carbonate whisker(CW)was an green inorganic fiber,which had good performance,better economy,and broad application prospect as fiber.Because of good compatibility with cement-based materials,CW was recognized as a highperformance reinforcing and toughening agent,which was expected to replace or partially replace expensive commercial fibers used in construction materials in the future,reduce engineering construction costs.In this review,the application of CW in paper-making,friction materials,polymer composites and construction materials were reviewed.The effect of CW on the mechanical properties of cement,concrete and mortar,mechanism of reinforcing and toughening were introduced.The research directions and application of CW for the future were outlooked.
