摘  要:在稀H_(2)SO_(4)介质中,用柠檬酸活化钒(V)可催化溴酸钾氧化酚藏花红,导致酚藏花红的荧光猝灭,由此建立了荧光猝灭法测定柠檬酸的新方法。探讨了硫酸、溴酸钾、偏钒酸铵、酚藏花红用量、反应温度、反应时间对体系的影响,优化了测定条件。在最佳实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.833~3.750μg·mL^(-1),线性方程为ΔF=-2.359+67.483ρ,相关系数R^(2)为0.9929,检出限为0.42μg·mL^(-1)。该方法用于饮料中柠檬酸的测定,测定结果的回收率为95.5%~108%,RSD为3.5%~4.1%,表明本分析方法可行。In dilute H_(2)SO_(4) medium,citrate activated the catalytic reaction between phenosafranin and potassium bromate with vanadium(V)as catalyst,which resulted in the fluorescence quenching of phenosafranin.Thus,a new method for determination of citric acid by fluorescence quenching was established.The influences of sulfuric acid,potassium bromate,ammonium vanadate,phenosafranin,the reaction temperature and reaction time on the system were discussed to optimize the measurement conditions.Under the best experimental conditions,the linear range of the method was 0.833~3.750μg/mL,the linear equation wasΔF=-2.359+67.483ρ,the correlation coefficient R^(2) was 0.9929,and the detection limit was 0.42μg/mL.This method was used for the determination of citric acid in beverages,and the recovery of the measurement results was 95.5%~108%,and the RSD was 3.5%~4.1%.The analysis method was feasible.
