摘 要:神华新街台格庙矿区一井东部风井井筒设计成井深度857.5 m,设计净直径7.0 m,设计井壁厚度850 mm,以此为工程背景,从地质特征、工程条件、装备能力、钻井分级工艺等方面,分析了采用竖井钻机钻井法凿井钻进工艺的可行性。研究了拟建井筒穿越的地层及其岩石力学特性,基岩厚度将达到870 m,基岩占比达到99.3%;基于地质条件、井筒功能和井筒设计参数,计算得出钻井深度将达875 m、钻井直径为10.2 m,并梳理了全岩地层深大直径井筒机械破岩钻进面临的难题;对比分析了东部深厚冲积地层和西部厚基岩地层钻进分级工艺,分析确定了“一扩成井”钻进工艺具有可行性,超前钻孔直径范围为6.5~7 m,扩孔钻进直径为10.2 m。Taking the east wind shaft in Shenhua Xinjie Taigemiao mining area of as the engineering background,the design shaft depth is 857.5 m,the design net diameter is 7.0 m,and the design shaft wall thickness is 850 mm.The feasibility of using blind shaft sinking method is analyzed through geological characteristics,engineering conditions,equipment capacity and drilling classification technology.The stratum and rock mechanical characteristics of the proposed eastern wind shaft are analyzed.The thickness of the bedrock will reach 870 m and the proportion of the bedrock will be 99.3%.Based on the geological conditions,wellbore functions and wellbore design parameters,the drilling depth will reach 875 m and the drilling diameter will be 10.2 m.The problems faced by the deep and large diameter wellbore drilling in whole rock formation are sorted out.The drilling grading process of deep alluvial formation in the east and thick bedrock formation in the west is compared and analyzed,and the feasibility of“one expanded shaft-forming”drilling process is determined.The diameter of advance drilling is 6.5~7 m,and the diameter of reaming drilling is 10.2 m.It is technically feasible to sinking shaft of Taigemiao mining area with blind shaft sinking method.
