摘 要:为了解决带式输送机转载点卡堵问题,城郊煤矿根据矿井主煤流带式输送机运输系统转载点卡堵主要是粘煤卡堵和大块矸石卡堵,提出了针对粘煤和大块矸石卡堵的解决方案。分析了两种卡堵情形原理,融合到转载点的改造设计中去,提出了通过高压水冲刷来解决粘煤卡堵,通过改造转载溜槽挡板的自由量,达到增加转载溜槽出口宽度的目的,从而提升大块矸石的通过空间。将两种情形的处理方式集中起来,改造设计了一种带式输送机转载点防堵装置,并对其进行远程控制改造。结果表明,通过对带式输送机转载溜槽的改造设计,逐步实现了带式输送机转载点卡堵的远程控制,充分解放了现场岗位人员,实现了减人提效。In order to deal with blockages at the transfer points of belt conveyors,solutions for blockages of sticky coal and large gangue were proposed based on the situation in the main coal flow belt conveyor transportation system of Chengjiao Coal Mine,where the main causes for the blockages were sticky coal and large gangue blockages.The main idea was to solve these two types of blockages step by step,and integrate the solutions into the transformation design of the transfer points.The coal sticking and blockage was solved using high-pressure water flushing,and the free amount of the transfer chute baffle was changed to increase the width of the transfer chute outlet thus to enlarge the space for the flow of large gangue blocks,and the remote control was realized.The two treatment methods were combined,and a belt conveyor transfer point anti-blocking device was designed.The results show that through the renovation design of the transfer chute of the belt conveyor,remote control of the transfer point blockage treatment was realized,personnel reduction and efficiency improvement was achieved.
