摘 要:目的研究醉鱼草凝胶制剂的最佳成型性工艺。方法采用加热回流法提取醉鱼草中的有效成分并采用单因素试验与正交试验设计优化醉鱼草凝胶制剂制备的工艺条件,以凝胶剂的外观形态、稳定性、涂展性、均匀性为考察指标,考察卡波姆940、丙二醇和氮酮以及pH调节剂的用量对凝胶剂成型工艺的影响。结果醉鱼草凝胶剂的最佳处方是:卡波姆-940用量为1.25 g,丙二醇用量为18 g,氮酮用量为3.5 g,pH调节剂用量为1.25 g。结论该研究筛选出的醉鱼草凝胶剂成型性工艺条件稳定、方法简单、可行性高,为醉鱼草凝胶剂的制备研究提供了重要依据。Objective To research the best forming process of the gelfrom Buddleja lindleyana Fort.Methods Heating reflux method is used to extract the effective components in the buddleia and using the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design optimization buddleia gel preparation.The influence of the dosage of carbomer 940,propylene glycol and a zone as well as the type of pH regulator on the gel forming process was investigated by taking the appearance,stability,ductility and uniformity of the gel as the indexes.Results In this experiment,the optimized recipe for the gel matrix was 1.25%carbomer-940,18%propylene glycol,3.5%azone and 1.25%pH regulator.Conclusion In this study,the molding conditions of the selected B.lindleyana gel were stable,simple and feasible,which provided an important basis for the preparation of B.lindleyana gel.
