摘 要:超声提取法提取药茶中的总黄酮,采用薄层色谱法对药茶中的槐花进行鉴别,并采用紫外分光光度法对该药茶中的总黄酮进行含量测定。并对利咽药茶中的水分、总灰分、铅、镉含量进行测定。TLC中槐花与利咽药茶在同一位置上有相同并清晰的斑点;总黄酮质量含量为1.27%;水分为7.06%;总灰分为5.80%;酸不溶性灰分为2.00%;铅和镉的含量分别为1.26×10^(-2),2.01×10^(-2)mg/kg。该实验所建立的利咽药茶的质量标准可用于该药茶的质量控制。Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract the total flavonoids in the medicinal tea,TLC was used to identify Sophora japonica in the medicinal tea,and UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids in the medicinal tea.The moisture,total ash,lead and cadmium in Liyan medicinal tea were determined.There were identical and clear spots in the same position between Sophia japonica and Liyan herbal tea in TLC.Total flavonoids content was 1.27%.Water content was 7.06%.The total ash content was 5.80%.Acid insoluble ash content was 2.00%.The contents of Pb and Cd were 1.26 and 2.01×10^(-2)mg/kg respectively.The quality standard of Liyan herbal tea can be used for the quality control of the herbal tea.
