摘  要:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定工业用重质碳酸钙铅含量的方法。通过对标准曲线、回收率、精密度、检出限等技术指标进行检测方法验证,结果表明标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99,加标回收率为90%~100.5%,精密度RSD在1.2%~6.7%之间,检出限为0.2 mg/kg,结果均符合要求,表明了方法的可行性。具体阐述新项目建立时如何进行该项目方法验证,具有较强实用性和指导性。Establish a method for determining the content of heavy calcium carbonate and lead in industrial use using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.Through the verification of the detection method for technical indicators such as standard curve,recovery rate,precision,and detection limit,the results showed that the linear relationship of the standard curve was good,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.The recovery rate of the added standard was 90%~100.5%,the RSD of precision was between 1.2%~6.7%,and the detection limit was 0.2 mg/kg.The results all met the requirements,indicating the feasibility of the method.Elaborate on how to conduct method validation for a new project during its establishment,which has strong practicality and guidance.
