摘　　要：MTO装置在煤制烯烃工艺过程中起到承上启下的关键作用。MTO装置反应-再生系统中的催化剂管道设计的好坏又是装置能否长周期高效运行的关键环节。结合实际设计经验简单介绍了什么是MTO-Ⅲ装置、催化剂管道在装置中的作用、催化剂管道的特点、设计原则、设计条件、元件选择及其辅助管道的典型配管等。希望通过催化剂管道设计过程的分享,能对同类设计起到抛砖引玉的作用,尤其催化剂管道材质的选择和催化剂输送辅助管道的配管方式等值得大家共同探讨。The MTO unit plays a crucial role in the coal to olefin process as a link between the past and the future.The quality of catalyst pipeline design in the MTO plant's reverse circulation system is also a key factor in the long-term and efficient operation of the plant.Based on practical design experience,this article briefly introduces what the MTO-III device is,the role of catalyst pipelines in the device,the characteristics of catalyst pipelines,design principles,design conditions,component selection,and typical piping of auxiliary pipelines.I hope that through the sharing of the catalyst pipeline design process,it can serve as a catalyst for similar designs,especially in the selection of catalyst pipeline materials and the piping method of auxiliary pipelines for catalyst transportation,which are worth exploring together.
