非圆区域布管再生气冷凝器有限元应力分析

摘　　要：某冷再生气冷凝器换热管布管区域呈现非圆形,与ASMEⅧ-1换热器设计方法UHX采用的轴对称力学模型不相符合,需要采用有限元方法进行进一步的校核。分析结果表明换热器管板和管束应力分布并不均匀,但仍能通过强度校核。The tube layout area of regeneration gas condenser is non circular,which is inconsistent with the axisymmetric mechanical model used in heat exchanger design method UHX of ASME VIII-1.Check is done using finite element method.The analysis results indicate that the stress distributions on tubesheet and tube bundle are not uniform,but it can still meet strength requirements.
