64排螺旋CT检查诊断肺小结节及早期肺癌的价值

摘　　要：目的分析64排螺旋CT检查诊断肺小结节及早期肺癌的价值。方法选择本院2018年12月-2019年12月确诊为肺小结节及早期肺癌患者60例,随机分成常规组和实验组,每组30例。常规组采用常规CT技术扫描,实验组采用64排螺旋CT检查,比较两组CT扫描技术获得的图像质量、胸部CT扫描耗时、胸部CT扫描技术的术前检查与术后病理检查结果符合率、胸部CT扫描技术术前检查的误诊率与漏诊率。结果CT扫描图像质量优良率实验组明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CT扫描耗时实验组明显短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组诊断符合率为90.00%,常规组诊断符合率为66.77%,实验组明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。误诊率和漏诊率实验组均高于常规组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论64排螺旋CT用于诊断肺小结节及早期肺癌具有一定优势,能够有效提高图像质量,缩短检查时间,提高诊断率。Objective To analyze the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer.Method Sixty patients diagnosed with small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into conven⁃tional group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was scanned by conventional CT technology,and the experimental group was examined by 64-slice spiral CT.The image quality obtained by CT scanning technology,the time of chest CT scanning,the coincidence rate of preop⁃erative examination of chest CT scanning technology and postoperative pathological examination,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of preoperative examination of chest CT scanning technology were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of CT image quality in the experimen⁃tal group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The CT scanning time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.01).The diagnostic coincidence rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which of the conventional group was 66.77%,the experimental group was significantly higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,but the differ⁃ences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT has certain advantages in the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer,which can effectively improve the image quality,shorten the examination time,and improve the diagnostic rate.
