摘 要:余热锅炉是燃气电厂的重要主机设备,受热面泄漏是导致余热锅炉可用率损失的主要原因,也是目前余热锅炉设计、运行维护及监督最重要的技术管理环节。针对某燃气电厂余热锅炉再热器疏水管泄漏事故,通过背景调查、图纸分析及计算,得出泄露原因为管道穿过锅炉底部的密封结构使得疏水管无法随集箱自由膨胀,炉内管道受膨胀应力过大且疲劳强度考虑不足。针对泄露原因,提出增大管道扰度来消除或减少膨胀应力等优化改造措施,以避免此类事故再次发生。Waste heat boiler is an essential host equipment of gas-fired power plant.Leakage of heating surface is a major factor causing the loss of waste heat boiler availability,and it is also the most important technical management segment in the design,operation,maintenance and supervision of a waste heat boiler.As for a drain pipe leakage accident of the re-heater in a waste heat boiler of a gas-fired power plant,by background investigation,drawing analysis and calculations,the leakage is considered caused by the sealing structure through the bottom of boiler makes the drainage pipe cannot expand freely with the collection box,and the expansion stress of the pipe in the boiler is too large with less consideration of its fatigue strength.In allusion to the cause of leakage,the optimization transformation measures are proposed such as increasing the pipeline disturbance to eliminate or reduce the expansion stress so as to avoid such accidents.
