摘 要:为了及时发现供水管网中的管道漏失所造成的水资源浪费,文中根据管道漏水诱发的振动特性,结合多路信号同步采集技术,设计了一种基于振动的管网漏水检测系统。检测系统主要包括加速度传感器、传感器控制与信号调理电路、GPS授时模块与433 MHz通信模块,实现了对待测管道振动状态的监测,并开发了基于QT的上位机界面显示,实现了信号采集、定位泄露位置和参数显示等功能。文中采用时延估计与互相关定位算法对信号进行分析,对管道漏水进行识别与定位,将识别结果显示至上位机中。经过实验表明,该系统能够对泄露状态下的供水管道进行互相关分析,达到定位管道泄漏位置的目的,其最大相对误差在5%以内。In order to timely detect the water wastage caused by pipeline leakage in water supply network,this paper designs a vibration-based pipeline network leakage detection system based on the vibration characteristics induced by pipeline leakage,combined with multiple signal synchronization acquisition technology.The detection system mainly includes acceleration sensor,sensor control and signal conditioning circuit,GPS timing module and 433 MHz communication module to realize the monitoring of the vibration status of the pipeline to be measured,and the QT-based upper computer interface display is developed to realize the functions of signal acquisition,locating the leakage location and parameter display.The article uses time delay estimation and mutual correlation localization algorithm to analyze the signal,identify and locate the pipeline leakage,and display the identification results in the upper computer.The experiment shows that the system is able to analyze the water pipeline in the leaking state by mutual correlation and achieve the purpose of locating the pipeline leak location with the maximum relative error within 5%.
