摘 要:以某加热分离处理器可抽出新型火筒结构的椭圆形封头长圆形开孔及其管嘴为研究对象,通过有限元分析软件并且采用应力线性化方法,对内压和外部载荷同时作用下该结构的力学性能进行计算分析,并对应力按照类型进行强度评定。分析及评定结果显示,椭圆形封头长圆孔与长圆管嘴的最大应力位于开孔直段与圆弧过渡处。可以为类似受压元件力学性能的校验提供方法和思路。The elongated opening and nozzle of a new type withdrawable fire cylinder structure of a heating separation treator were taken as the research object,and the mechanical properties of the structure under internal pressure and external load were calculated and analyzed by finite element analysis software and stress linearization method,the stress intensity were evaluated according to the stress type.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the elongated openning and nozzle of the elliptical head is located at the transition between the straight section and the circular section of the opening hole.The methodology and approach presented are applicable to the investigation of the mechanical properties of similar compression elements.
