摘  要:炼油厂中的高温法兰和管线是重要的设备组成部分,以炼油厂蜡油加氢裂化装置为例,分别对反应器高温法兰与高温管线的散热损失进行计算和分析。分析结果表明,计算法兰散热损失时应综合考虑风速以及法兰表面温度与环境温度差的影响,有无保温层时管线散热损失相差较大。提出对高温法兰防雨罩进行改进、定期维护高温管线保温层等方法,以有效降低高温法兰与管线的散热损失。High temperature flanges and pipelines in oil refineries are important equipment components.Taking a wax oil hydrocracking unit as an example,the heat dissipation loss of the high temperature flanges and the high temperature piplines in the reactor were calculated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the influence of wind speed and the difference between the surface temperature of the flanges and the ambient temperature should be fully considered when calculating the heat dissipation loss of the flanges.Methods such as improving the rain cover of high temperature flanges and regularly maintaining the insulation layer of high temperature pipelines were suggested to effectively reduce heat dissipation loss of high temperature flanges and pipelines.
