摘  要:进料泵是加氢装置的关键设备之一。某企业渣油加氢装置于2015年投产,先后发生2起因润滑油压力低低联锁导致进料泵紧急停运的生产异常事件。从润滑油系统着手,分析比较同类设备润滑油压联锁设计和配套油站的差异,通过油压联锁试验,认为油箱原始设计存在缺陷、油箱容量偏小、润滑油泵吸入口弯头积聚油气是润滑油备泵自启动后出口压力为0的主要原因。提出了增设排气设施、割除润滑油泵吸入口弯头以及将供油总管上自启动润滑油备泵信号测压点移至单向阀前等措施,解决了长期存在的润滑油备泵带气问题,有力保障了生产装置的安全平稳运行。The feed pump is one of the key equipments in the hydrogenation unit.When the residual oil hydrogenation unit of a company was put into operation in 2015,two abnormal production events occurred consecutively,which caused the emergency shutdown of the feed pump due to the lubricating oil pressure low and low interlock.Starting from the lubricating oil system,the differences between the lubricating oil pressure relief design of similar equipment and the matching oil station were analyzed and compared.Through the oil pressure interlock test,the main reasons for the zero-outlet pressure of the lubricating oil backup pump are the defects in the original design of the oil tank,the small capacity of the oil tank,and the accumulation of oil and gas at the inlet elbow of the lubricating oil pump.Some measures,such as adding exhaust facilities,cutting off the inlet elbow of the lubricating oil pump,and moving the pressure measuring point of the self-starting lubricating oil backup pump signal to the check valve on the oil supply main pipe,were proposed to solve the problem of the lubricating oil backup pump with gas for a long time and effectively guarantee the safe and stable operation of the production unit.
