摘  要:搞好大型河流上复杂工况下大跨度桥梁承台钢板桩围堰设计和施工,难度较大。为了安全、环保地完成大桥施工,以泸州市榕山长江大桥为典型工程案例,开展研究。阐述了泸州市榕山长江大桥的工程概况以及地形地貌条件、地质条件,分析了设计和施工的难点,研究了2#承台钢板桩围堰的设计和施工控制。本论文阐述了钢板桩围堰施工的措施、具体要求,完成了钢板桩围堰施工创新的阐述及其效果分析,提出了“套管旋挖钻引孔、钢板桩嵌岩、砂泥浆混合料填充止水”的成套施工技术;施工效果良好,研究成果有助于搞好深水大跨桥梁承台钢板桩围堰的设计、施工,还可以为类似工程提供借鉴和可靠的技术支撑。It is difficult to design and construct steel sheet pile cofferdams for the abutments of large-span bridges under complex working conditions on large rivers.In order to complete the construction of the bridge safely and environmentally friendly,this study takes the Rongshan Yangtze River Bridge in Luzhou City as a typical engineering case.The engineering overview of the Rongshan Yangtze River Bridge in Luzhou City as well as the terrain and geological conditions is elaborated.The difficulties in design and construction are analyzed,and the design and construction control of the steel sheet pile cofferdam for the 2#abutment is studied.This paper elaborates on the measures and specific requirements for the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam.The explanation and effect analysis of the innovative construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam have been completed.A complete set of construction techniques has been proposed,including casing rotary drilling,steel sheet pile rock embedding,and sand mud mixture filling for waterproofing.The construction effect is good.The research results are helpful for the design and construction of steel sheet pile cofferdams for deep water large-span bridge abutments,and can also provide reference and reliable technical support for similar projects.
