摘 要:高速公路桥梁在设计时,大多数采用预制好主梁,再运输到施工现场进行安装的方法进行施工。但在某些特殊地方,无法直接采用架桥机进行预制梁的安装,该措施属于较为特殊的情况,因此有必要对其在安装过程中的技术进行研究。本文以四川乐山至西昌高速公路S1标二毛牛联系道大桥的预制安装为例,该桥在结构类型上属于常规T梁结构,但因其特殊点需进行预制梁的单独设计安装,属于特殊安装类桥梁。望对相关类似工程提供经验参考。In the design of highway bridges,most of them are constructed by prefabricating the main beams and transporting them to the construction site for installation.But in some special places,it is not possible to directly use a bridge erecting machine for the installation of prefabricated beams.This measure belongs to a relatively special situation,so it is necessary to study the technology during the installation process.This article takes the prefabricated installation of the Ermaoniu Bridge on the S1 section of the Leshan Xichang Expressway in Sichuan Province as an example.The bridge belongs to the conventional T-beam structure in terms of structural type,but due to its special characteristics,it requires separate design and installation of prefabricated beams,making it a special installation bridge.It is hoped that this article can provide experience reference for similar projects.
